Commonly Asked Questions

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) as well as checks, money orders and of course, cash.

Does your setup and break down time count as part of the time that we book you?

No, we do not charge you for our setup and break down times!

Is there a deposit if we reserve a date with you?

Once you have the date and time of your event, please call us and make your reservation. A deposit is required to secure any date. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

What type of music do you play?

We can play R & B, COUNTRY, ROCK, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, OLDIES, HIP HOP, DISCO and any other type of music you may want.

If we bring CD's to the event, will you play them?

We are more than happy to play anything that you provide. Just make sure that it is on CD format and we will take care of the rest.

Do you play music with bad lyrics?

We know that your event is special and that you want your guests to be happy. Therefore, we only play music that you and your guests want to hear. We, as a rule, don't play any songs we know have explicit lyrics. We try to screen any music given by guests or we need to download before playing.

Do you take requests?

We will always take requests from any of your guests and try our best to play what they want to hear. However, it is important to remember that we only play the type of music that you tell us to. If you tell us not to play a certain type of music and your guests want to hear it anyway, we honor what you want and explain in a nice way that we are not allowed to play those selections at the event.

Can we pre-select certain songs that we want played?

Once we have a event scheduled, we provide a wedding or party planner to our clients. In the planners, they include a 2-page playlists that allows us to customize our selection to you and your guests taste. These planners allows us to know what style of music clients like, what special song requests they may have, their favorite songs and more. We will use this as a guide at the event when choosing what music to play.

Do you provide a microphone for announcements, toasts, etc?

We always have a wireless microphone available at all times for anyone who would like to use it. This is included to you at no extra cost whatsoever.

Can you stay longer if we need you to?

If our schedule allows and we have no other engagements after your event, we will be happy to stay over for an additional fee. The additional fee will be due at the event.

Is the DJ that will show up at my event professional and reliable?

We are a family business which consists of two professional DJ's. Both of us know what music crowds like to hear and we go the extra mile to make sure that they are happy. Our personalities speak for themselves and we are confident that you will find us easy to work with.

I am not sure how many people will attend the event, how many can you handle?

We have several sound systems that cover a wide area. If you guest list includes 50 people or 1000 people, we can handle your needs.

Do you offer Karaoke service?

Yes, we do offer karaoke. It can be added to any of our Dj packages for a additional fee or karaoke alone for a set fee.
